Conference Registration

We are delighted that you are planning to join us for the Songs of Everlasting Joy Conference!

Registration helps us prepare a welcoming and well-organized conference for every individual and family. Your responses allow us to plan seating, meals, children's activities, youth rotations, volunteer assignments, printed materials, arts and crafts displays, roadshows, music rehearsals, purchase necessary supplies, and plan other conference events so that everyone can participate and be served.

Please don't be intimidated by the length of this form. Many questions apply only to those who wish to participate in specific activities such as the talent show, roadshows, exhibits, volunteer opportunities, or youth performances. If a question does not apply to you or your family, simply select "No" or enter "N/A" where requested.

Even if your travel plans are not yet finalized, we encourage you to register early. It helps us prepare more accurately, and you can always contact us later if your plans change.

Please Remember: The conference will take place over Easter Weekend 2027 and is designed as a three-day gathering. We hope you'll make plans to spend the entire weekend with us. Some of the sweetest moments of the conference will happen between the scheduled events as we sing together, visit with old friends, make new ones, and strengthen one another in Christ.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete your registration. We look forward to worshipping, singing, learning, serving, and rejoicing together in the Lord.

Please indicate whether you have children 4-18 years of age who will be attending the scheduled activities. We require an accurate count to ensure sufficient supplies are purchased.
Are you participating in the Family Home Evening Lesson Exchange?
Roadshow / Skit Participation Will your fellowship or your family be preparing a roadshow or skit for the conference? Please select one:
Will you or your family share a talent in the Talent Show? Examples: music, singing, dance, juggling, comedy, poetry, or any family‑friendly skill. Please keep presentations to 3–4 minutes.
Will you be displaying a handmade talent (crochet, knitting, weaving, spinning, art, or similar items) in the conference exhibit area?
Are you, your family or your fellowship willing to pre‑learn one of our new music pieces and share it at the conference?
Would you or your fellowship like to participate in one of our fun, taught numbers? These lighthearted songs feature simple choreography that can be learned quickly by all ages. (Requires Thursday morning arrival & rehearsals throughout Thurs + Fri morn.)
